MEET THE FOUNDER

ABOUT SARAH

Sarah is a Registered Nurse, Specialist Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber, with nearly 20 years of clinical experience across NHS and private healthcare.

Her background in community and preventative healthcare has shaped her belief that people should feel informed, supported and more confident in understanding their health, not to just simply wait until something goes wrong.

Sarah founded Revitalise Plus to provide a more personalised, proactive and clinically considered approach to health, wellbeing, and confidence.

A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO HEALTH

At Revitalise Plus, care is centred around you as an individual.

Through nurse-led consultation and clinical assessment, we take time to understand your health concerns, wellbeing and individual goals before discussing appropriate options and next steps.

Services include preventative health testing, weight and metabolic health support, IV nutritional therapy and selected wellbeing and aesthetic treatments, with care considered according to individual needs and clinical suitability.

Where further medical assessment or specialist input may be appropriate, referral and signposting pathways are available.
